About Our Chef

Chef Mariel was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has Italian ancestry and grew up eating her grandmother’s homemade pasta and of course, Argentinian grass-fed beef! Mariel received a culinary arts degree and has worked in exclusive restaurants such as Spago’s and at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. She started Pronto Pastas with the intent of providing pasta meals for everyone to be able to enjoy the flavors and quality of her grandmother’s dishes.

About Our Pastas

Pronto Pastas LLC was founded in 2024 in Boise, ID after a trip to Buenos Aires that truly inspired us to make handmade, from scratch foods for your delight.

We believe that Great Pasta is made from scratch with the best possible ingredients such as real eggs and Semolina flour. Our sauces are slow-cooked in small batches to preserve the homemade quality homemade. Our fillings have real Ricotta, Spinach, and Parmesan (no flavorings or colorants are used in our commercial kitchen).

All our products are frozen immediately after they are made and best kept at between 0F and 4F to ensure optimal freshness and taste.
